Joshua D. Dube
Chemical Engineer
Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Widener University. Joshua brings over 10 years of diverse process engineering experience to CEI. He enjoys martial arts and gardening, but a young family takes most of his non-work time.
Donald W. Finnerty
Mechanical Engineer
Don brings over 35 years experience in project engineering and machine design to CEI. In New Jersey, Don honed his engineering skills while working for BF Goodrich & Formica Corporations. To Don’s credit, he was co-inventor on six patents. In his free time, Don enjoys designing, building, and operating remote-control ships and submarines.
Stanley Galczynski
Process Engineer
Stan received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. Stan brings to CEI 24 years of detail-driven process and project engineering experience with expertise in plant design and preparation of equipment specifications. Stan also has extensive exposure to field construction, plant commissioning, and operation audits. Stan is quite the outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and Scouting.
Brian P. Kelly
Engineering Manager
Brian, who holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, has 10 years of experience in operations, project management, and new product development at five plant locations in the U.S. In addition to supporting CEI with engineering capabilities, Brian also contributes in business development and marketing, using his MBA from University of California - San Diego. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and attempts at golf.
Carol S. Flinn
Automation Programmer
Carol graduated from Westminster (Pa.) College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Carol has 20+ years in IT and process programming. She assists with PLC and HMI programming and other duties as required. Carol enjoys cooking and baking. When the weather is nice (above 40°F), she enjoys riding her motorcycle.
Todd R. Boyer
Laboratory Technician
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown (Pa.) College. Todd brings to CEI six years of chemical operator experience. Todd is the proud father of a beautiful daughter and enjoys many outdoor activities and is a self-proclaimed technology junkie.
